Sitting with Spirit Online Course

By enrolling in the Sitting with Spirit online course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both the participant and Jo the Medium.

1. Course Participation

1.1. This course is designed for personal spiritual development and is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

1.3. The course is conducted online, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and the required technology to participate.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.

2.2. The course is non-refundable from 48 hours prior to the commencement date.

2.3. If you cancel your enrollment more than 48 hours before the course begins, you will receive a refund less the value of any ritual tools provided.

2.4. If you do not attend or complete the course, no refund or credit will be provided.

2.5. Payment plans (if applicable) must be honored as per the agreed schedule.

2.6. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation request.

3. Course Access & Materials

3.1. All course materials, including video recordings, worksheets, and meditations, are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

3.2. Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at enrollment. Extensions may be granted at Jo the Medium’s discretion.

3.3. Unauthorized distribution of course content may result in legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Participants must engage respectfully and ethically within the course environment, including online forums and live sessions.

4.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.

4.3. Any misuse of course materials or inappropriate behavior towards Jo the Medium or other participants may result in immediate termination from the course.

5. Private Mentoring Bonus

5.1. Some enrollees of the Sitting with Spirit course are eligible for a FREE 30-minute private mentoring session with Jo the Medium (valued at $180).

5.2. The mentoring session must be booked within 7 days of course completion and is subject to availability.

5.3. This session is non-transferable and holds no monetary value if unclaimed.

5.4. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24-hour notice; failure to provide notice may result in forfeiting the session.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

6.1. Jo the Medium makes no guarantees regarding individual results from the course.

6.2. By enrolling, you acknowledge that spiritual development is a personal journey and that experiences may vary.

6.3. Jo the Medium is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your participation in the course.

6.4. The participant assumes full responsibility for their emotional and mental well-being during and after the course.

7. Modifications to Terms

7.1. Jo the Medium reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.

7.2. Continued participation in the course after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
